Samsung has started rolling out the October 2026 security update for the Galaxy A57 in Europe and parts of Asia, including Saudi Arabia, according to tipster Kailash via SammyGuru. It’s the phone’s first update since it received stable One UI 9 earlier this month, and it’s a security-only release with no new features or interface changes reported.
| Detail | Galaxy A57 |
| Update | October 2026 security patch (One UI 9, Android 17) |
| Firmware | A576BXXS6BZJ2 |
| Download size | 369.94MB |
| Regions | Europe, Saudi Arabia |
The build number ends in BZJ2, and the full international version follows the A576BXXS6 pattern of the phone’s earlier updates. The previous international One UI 9 release was A576BXXU6BZIE, so this is a smaller follow-up rather than another major upgrade. Samsung rolls out updates in stages, so it may take a few days to reach every eligible phone in each market.
The A57 joins a growing list of Samsung devices on the October patch, which the company has also pushed to the Galaxy S25 series, Z Fold 7 and Z Flip 7. Galaxy A57 owners can check for the update by going to Settings > Software update > Download and install.
