Samsung has started rolling out the stable One UI 9, based on Android 17, to the international Galaxy A57 about a week after it launched in South Korea. Tipster Tarun Vats reported that the update is live in Europe with the build numbers A576BXXU6BZIE and A576BOXM6BZIE, and added that he hopes all regions will receive it the same day. Sammy Fans lists France, Austria, Poland, Slovenia, Switzerland and Turkey among the first countries, while SamMobile calls it a global rollout. Samsung usually releases updates in batches, so availability will still vary by country, carrier and variant.
| Detail | Galaxy A57 |
| Software | One UI 9.0, Android 17 |
| International build | A576BXXU6BZIE |
| Download size | 2,315.25MB |
| Korean build (Galaxy Quantum 7) | A576SKSU2BZIE |
| Reported availability | South Korea, then Europe |
This is the same update that the A57 first received in South Korea, so the feature list hasn’t changed, and it centers on a more customizable Quick Panel, Samsung DeX and Notes improvements, a clearer location-use indicator and accessibility changes. Galaxy A-series phones are not expected to get the new Galaxy AI features that come with One UI 9 on flagships.
It also makes the A57 the first Galaxy A-series phone with the stable release, while other A-series models are still earlier in the process. The Galaxy A58 has only received its first One UI 9 firmware build, and the Galaxy A16 and A55 are on beta builds.
To check for the update, open Settings, tap Software update, then Download and install. It’s a roughly 2.3GB download, so use Wi-Fi and back up your data first.
