REDMAGIC 11S Pro Is Coming This Month And It Looks Serious

Gaming phones are having a moment in 2026. ASUS ROG, Lenovo Legion, and Black Shark are all pushing harder than ever and REDMAGIC just confirmed it’s ready to answer. The REDMAGIC 11S Pro and 11S Pro+ are officially launching in China this May, alongside the REDMAGIC Gaming Tablet 5 Pro, and the early details suggest this is more than a cosmetic refresh.

The confirmed headline is the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset the same silicon inside the Xiaomi 17 and Galaxy S26, now dropped into a phone built specifically around sustained gaming performance rather than everyday balance. REDMAGIC’s trademark active cooling returns with an upgraded combination of internal fan, liquid cooling, and composite vapor chamber thermal management. The goal, as always, is maintaining peak performance through long gaming sessions rather than impressive benchmark screenshots that fall apart after two minutes of real load.

Expected specs from certification filings and leaks point to a 6.85-inch OLED display, up to 24GB LPDDR5X RAM, 1TB UFS 4.1 storage, and a massive 8,000mAh battery the kind of capacity that makes even the iQOO Z11’s 9,020mAh look like reasonable competition. Gaming shoulder triggers are confirmed. Connectivity is 5G throughout.

The phone appeared in Thailand’s NBTC certification database under model number NX809J a reliable signal that international availability is being prepared, even without a formal global launch date yet.

Exact pricing, camera specs, and the precise launch day remain unconfirmed.

May 2026 in China first. Global rollout expected shortly after.
