
iQOO has officially launched the iQOO 15 Ultra, marking the brand’s first Ultra‑branded flagship. The phone is built for gamers and performance enthusiasts, combining top-tier hardware with advanced cooling and high-end display technology.

The iQOO 15 Ultra is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, paired with up to 24 GB LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.1 storage, ensuring fast performance and smooth multitasking. The device features a 6.85‑inch LTPO AMOLED display with 2K resolution, 144 Hz refresh rate, HDR10+ support, and peak brightness of 8,000 nits, making it one of the brightest and most responsive displays on the market.
Gaming & Cooling

Designed with gamers in mind, the phone includes pressure-sensitive shoulder triggers, a Q3 gaming chip, and the Ice Dome Cooling System, which uses a 59‑blade active fan and large vapor chamber to prevent overheating during extended gaming sessions.

The iQOO 15 Ultra features a triple 50 MP camera setup:
- Main sensor: 50 MP Sony IMX921 with OIS
- Ultra-wide: 50 MP
- Periscope telephoto: 50 MP Sony IMX882 with 3× optical zoom
The front houses a 32 MP selfie camera capable of 4K video recording, while the rear supports up to 8K video capture.

Powering the device is a 7,400 mAh battery with support for 100 W wired and 40 W wireless fast charging, allowing gamers and heavy users to stay powered throughout the day with minimal downtime.

The phone runs Android 16 with OriginOS 6 and offers IP68/IP69 water and dust resistance, stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos, 3D ultrasonic in-display fingerprint, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, and dual-SIM 5G connectivity.
Pricing & Availability

In China, the iQOO 15 Ultra starts at ¥5,699 ($798) for the 16 GB + 256 GB model. Higher-end configurations include 16 GB + 512 GB, 16 GB + 1 TB, and 24 GB + 1 TB, with prices reaching ¥7,699 ($1,078). The phone is available in Black and Silver, with sales beginning on February 10, 2026. Global and India launch details are expected soon.
