Oppo has officially announced the Reno 15c, expanding its Reno lineup with a performance-focused mid-range smartphone. The device brings a modern design, a capable Snapdragon chipset, and fast charging support.
Design and Display
The Oppo Reno 15c features a slim and lightweight design with a flat frame and a refined camera module. On the front, it sports a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with Full HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate, delivering smooth visuals and vibrant colors. The panel also supports HDR playback and an in-display fingerprint scanner.
Performance
At its core, the Reno 15c is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset, offering a noticeable performance boost over previous-generation Reno models. The phone is paired with up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB of UFS storage, along with virtual RAM expansion for better multitasking.
Cameras
The Oppo Reno 15c comes equipped with a 50MP primary rear camera with OIS, supported by a 2MP depth sensor. On the front, it features a 32MP selfie camera, aimed at social media users and video calls. Camera features include AI scene optimization, night mode, portrait effects, and 4K video recording support.
Battery and Charging
The device packs a 5,000mAh battery, designed to easily last a full day of use. Charging is handled by 67W SuperVOOC fast charging, allowing quick top-ups in a short amount of time.
Software
The Reno 15c runs ColorOS based on Android, offering system-wide smoothness, privacy controls, customization options, and Oppo’s AI-based features.
