Xiaomi has confirmed that the Xiaomi 18 Pro series will launch globally this November, according to Xiaomi’s official X account. The post says “Xiaomi 18 Pro Series is going global this November” and asks fans which market they’re hyped for, but it doesn’t give a launch date, a country list or prices. It matters because the previous Xiaomi 17 Pro Max and the rest of the 17 Pro line never got an international release, while the standard Xiaomi 17 and the 17 Ultra did.
| Detail | Status |
| Global launch | Confirmed for November 2026 |
| Exact date and first markets | Not announced |
| Models | Xiaomi 18 Pro and 18 Pro Max |
| Chips | Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 (Pro), Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6 (Pro Max) |
| India | 18 Pro confirmed, Pro Max not confirmed |
| Global batteries | Reportedly 6,000mAh (Pro) and 7,050mAh (Pro Max), unconfirmed |
| Global prices | Retailer and leak figures only, nothing official |
The phones launched in China in September with 6.4-inch and 6.9-inch screens, peak brightness of up to 4,000 nits, a 200MP main camera and a 200MP periscope telephoto, plus a 50MP ultrawide and a rear display. The China batteries are 7,000mAh on the Pro and 8,500mAh on the Pro Max, with 100W wired and 50W wireless charging. Xiaomi hasn’t published a full international spec sheet, so these numbers describe the Chinese models. The chip choice is the same on the global versions, and the Pro Max’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6 is the chip in Samsung’s internal comparison against the Exynos 2700.
The less welcome news is a possible battery cut. A European retailer listing shows 6,000mAh for the global Pro and 7,050mAh for the Pro Max, which is about 14% and 17% below the Chinese capacities. The same leak points to 90W wired charging on the Pro and 100W on the Pro Max, with 50W wireless on both. None of this has been confirmed by Xiaomi, so treat it as a leak until the launch.
Pricing is also unofficial. Retailer listings show about €1,399 for the Pro with 12GB and 256GB, about €1,592 for 512GB, and about €1,784 for the Pro Max with 12GB and 512GB, while a separate leak from billbil_kun gives €1,399 and €1,599 for the Pro and €1,599 and €1,799 for the Pro Max. Those figures differ, so final prices could land anywhere in that range or move. European units are reported to come with 12GB of RAM and 256GB or 512GB of storage, without the 16GB and 1TB options sold in China, and colors reportedly include black, white, burgundy and Cosmic Blue.
In India, Xiaomi confirmed the 18 Pro at Qualcomm’s Snapdragon event at India Mobile Congress, but gave no date or price and said nothing about the Pro Max. A global announcement doesn’t mean both models will launch in every country. Before the announcement the phones also showed up in certification and benchmark listings, including TDRA and IMDA for the Pro and TDRA and Geekbench for the Pro Max. Xiaomi has also been expanding its international lineup recently, as with the Xiaomi 17T series global launch.
