According to multiple reputable leak sources, Vivo is expected to launch the X300 Ultra in March 2026, possibly with a global release first for the Ultra series.
The biggest highlight is the rumoured dual 200MP camera setup, featuring a 200MP Sony IMX09E main sensor and a 200MP Samsung HPB periscope telephoto lens, alongside a 50MP ultra-wide and 50MP selfie camera.
