The upcoming Vivo X300 Ultra is shaping up to become one of 2026’s most ambitious flagship phones, with fresh leaks hinting at major upgrades across camera, battery, and performance. According to multiple reputable leak sources, Vivo is expected to launch the X300 Ultra in March 2026, possibly with a global release first for the Ultra series.
The biggest highlight is the rumoured dual 200MP camera setup, featuring a 200MP Sony IMX09E main sensor and a 200MP Samsung HPB periscope telephoto lens, alongside a 50MP ultra-wide and 50MP selfie camera. If accurate, this would make the X300 Ultra the first-ever smartphone to combine two 200MP rear lenses, pushing mobile photography to new extremes.
Display leaks suggest a 6.8-inch 2K flat OLED with 120Hz refresh rate, while performance is expected to be powered by Qualcomm’s upcoming Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset running Android 16 with OriginOS 6. Another standout rumour is the massive 7,000mAh battery, which could deliver exceptional endurance for a flagship-grade device.
While pricing and full specs remain unconfirmed, the Vivo X300 Ultra is already generating strong buzz positioning itself as a potential camera king of 2026.
