Stable One UI 9 appears to be reaching Brazil for the Galaxy S25 series, about ten days after Samsung started the rollout in South Korea on September 28. Owners have begun reporting the update in a Samsung Members thread for the Brazilian S25 Ultra, where one user said it had just arrived on his phone on October 8, after earlier replies in the same thread said nothing had shown up yet. Those posts come from users rather than Samsung staff.
Firmware records line up with the reports. Samfrew lists an Android 17 build for the Brazilian Galaxy S25+ with a build date of September 19, 2026, and the build shares its CDZIF suffix with the U.S. S25 builds.
| Detail | Galaxy S25+ (Brazil) |
| Model | SM-S936B |
| Region | Brazil (ZTO) |
| Firmware | S936BXXUCDZIF |
| CSC | S936BOWOCDZIF |
| Software | One UI 9.0, Android 17 |
| Build date | September 19, 2026 |
The firmware record covers only the S25+, so the S25 and S25 Ultra builds for Brazil aren’t confirmed by it, and availability can still differ by model and carrier since the rollout is gradual.
This is the same One UI 9 update that has already reached the S25 series in India and Europe, and the S25 FE is already getting it in the U.S. To check on a Galaxy S25, open Settings, tap Software update, then Download and install.
