Community firmware trackers have spotted various build suffixes tied to each of these generations, but they’re worth treating as snapshots of an ongoing process rather than final numbers Samsung’s builds have shifted through multiple intermediate versions before, so today’s spotted suffix isn’t guaranteed to be what actually ships. The S23 and S23 FE stand out simply for still being on Samsung’s One UI 9 list at all, with development reportedly dating back to June, despite being Samsung’s oldest currently-supported flagship generation a reminder of just how far software support now stretches compared to where Samsung’s update policies stood a couple of generations back.
