Instagram has officially rolled out the long-awaited Reels Watch History feature, letting users easily revisit videos they’ve previously watched. The feature is now showing up for many users under the “Your Activity” section in the app’s settings.
To check your Reels Watch History, open Instagram → Profile → Menu (☰) → Your Activity → Watched Reels.
This new addition helps users rediscover videos they forgot to save or like, solving one of Instagram’s most common frustrations. It also gives Meta’s algorithm more insight into viewing preferences, improving content recommendations over time.
With this update, Instagram takes another small but useful step toward matching TikTok’s convenience for replaying short videos.
