Galaxy S26 Ultra Dummy Units Confirmed

New images and hands-on videos of Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra dummy units have surfaced online, giving one of the clearest early looks yet at the design of Samsung’s next flagship ahead of its expected early 2026 debut.

The dummy models, shared by trusted leaker OnLeaks and circulating on social platforms, show the Galaxy S26 Ultra alongside the standard Galaxy S26, revealing a more unified design language across the lineup. Compared with recent Samsung flagships, the S26 Ultra appears to adopt rounded corners and softer edges, likely aimed at improving in-hand comfort while maintaining a large display footprint.

One of the most noticeable changes is the rear camera module. Instead of standalone lenses protruding directly from the back, the dummy units show a pill-shaped camera island housing the main lenses, a look that draws comparisons to the camera design seen on the Galaxy Z Fold 7. This layout aligns the Ultra more closely with the standard S26 design, suggesting Samsung is moving toward a consistent aesthetic across its flagship phones.

The hands-on visuals also highlight other design details: the display remains flat with a central punch-hole cutout, the edges are slightly rounded, and the S Pen slot appears positioned at the bottom corner, much like previous Ultra models. The dummy units have surfaced in multiple colours, including white and black, offering an early sense of the potential finishes ahead of the official reveal

Dummy units are typically used by case makers and retailers before launch, and while they won’t reflect final materials or surface finishes, they provide a strong indication of overall form factor, camera placement, and proportions. Samsung is widely expected to keep its S Pen stylus support, flat display, and refined flagship build, with final details to be confirmed at the official launch event, likely scheduled for January or February 2026.

As usual with early leaks, design elements could change before the official release, but these dummy units give one of the earliest comprehensive looks at how Samsung’s Galaxy S26 Ultra might shape up when it arrives next year.
