The Redmi K-series Ultra lineup has built its reputation on giving flagship performance at a fraction of the price and the Redmi K90 Ultra leaks suggest that tradition continues. Expected to launch in China in late June, pre-orders have reportedly already begun through Xiaomi Mall, even though the official spec sheet hasn’t been finalized.

The headline rumor is the battery is a massive 8,000–8,500mAh cell paired with 100W fast charging, positioning it among the largest batteries in any mainstream flagship-class device. Equally interesting is a rumored built-in active cooling fan, a feature historically reserved for dedicated gaming phones like RedMagic and ASUS ROG, now potentially making its way into Xiaomi’s mainstream Ultra lineup.
The display leans heavily gaming-focused to a 6.8–6.9-inch LTPO OLED at 1.5K resolution, with refresh rate leaks ranging from 120Hz up to an aggressive 165Hz. Two chipset rumors are circulating: the more likely MediaTek Dimensity 9500/9500+, with an alternative Snapdragon 8 Elite gaming variant also mentioned in some reports.

Cameras take a back seat to performance here a 50MP main, ultrawide, and telephoto triple setup handles photography duties without being the phone’s primary selling point. The software runs HyperOS 3 on Android 16, with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage as the expected base configuration.
Estimated pricing sits around $400–450 in China, with Indian listings unofficially pointing toward ₹60,000–70,000.
