Samsung Galaxy S26 Series Launch Delayed to March 2026

Galaxy S26 Series Launch Delayed

Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy S26 series is now tipped to launch later than usual, with fresh leaks suggesting the flagship lineup has been pushed back to February or March 2026, instead of the typical January unveiling.

According to multiple industry sources, the delay is linked to internal lineup changes and last-minute planning adjustments. Samsung is said to have reworked the S26 family, reportedly keeping the Galaxy S26, S26 Plus, and S26 Ultra, while dropping or rethinking previously rumored variants. These changes appear to have affected development and production timelines.

The company is now expected to host a late-February Unpacked event, with retail availability likely slipping into early March 2026. If accurate, this would mark one of the latest Galaxy S-series launches in recent years.

Despite the delay, the Galaxy S26 lineup is still expected to bring next-generation chipsets, upgraded cameras, and deeper AI-focused software features, aligning with Samsung’s broader push toward on-device intelligence.

Samsung has not officially confirmed the revised timeline, but the growing number of consistent leaks strongly points to a shift away from the traditional January launch window, signaling a notable change in Samsung’s flagship release strategy.
