The X300 Pro brings a major camera upgrade with a Zeiss-branded triple setup. The main camera uses a 50MP Sony LYT-828 sensor (1/1.28″) with an f/1.57 aperture and gimbal OIS, joined by a 50MP Samsung JN1 ultrawide lens and a massive 200MP Samsung HPB telephoto sensor (1/1.4″).
For selfies, there’s another 50MP Samsung JN1 camera on the front.

Under the hood, the device runs on the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 SoC, paired with Vivo’s V3+ imaging chip. It’s offered with up to 16GB RAM and 512GB storage.
Powering the device is a 6,510 mAh battery with 90W wired and 40W wireless charging.

On the front, the 6.78-inch 8T LTPO AMOLED display offers 120Hz refresh rate, 1260 × 2800 px resolution, HDR10+, and Dolby Vision support. It also integrates an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner.

The X300 Pro weighs 226 grams, measures 7.99 mm thick, and carries IP68/IP69 dust and water resistance. Other highlights include dual stereo speakers, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 6.0, and a USB-C 3.2 Gen 1 port.
It ships with OriginOS 6, based on Android 16, and comes in Black, Brown, Blue, and White color options.

The regular X300 shares much of the same DNA, but with a more compact footprint and slightly different camera configuration. It sports a 6.31-inch 8T LTPO AMOLED display (120Hz, 1216 × 2640 px), also featuring ultrasonic fingerprint scanning.

It’s powered by the same Dimensity 9500 chip, paired with up to 16GB RAM and 512GB storage. The phone houses a 6,040 mAh battery supporting 90W wired and 40W wireless charging.

On the back, the X300 features a 200MP Samsung HPB main sensor (1/1.4″, f/1.68), a 50MP Sony LYT-602 APO telephoto camera, and a 50MP Samsung JN1 ultrawide unit. The front camera is again a 50MP JN1 sensor.

The smaller size keeps weight down to 190 grams, with a slim 7.95 mm profile. It retains the IP68/IP69 rating and is available in Black, Blue, Pink, and Purple finishes.
Connectivity includes Bluetooth 5.4, dual-band Wi-Fi 6, NFC, and dual stereo speakers, with OriginOS 6 (Android 16) out of the box.
