The Vivo X Fold 6 is currently rumored to be targeted for a Q2 2026 launch, placing its debut sometime between April and June 2026, following Vivo’s typical release cycle for its flagship foldables.
According to multiple leaks, the Vivo X Fold 6 is expected to be powered by the new Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset, a high-end (but not Snapdragon 8 Elite) processor that offers improved performance and efficiency over the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 used in the X Fold 5.
The Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 is built on an advanced 3nm process and has shown strong benchmark scores in early tests, hinting at considerable performance gains compared to the prior generation.
