Victra has reached a major milestone in the U.S. prepaid wireless market with the opening of its 300th Total Wireless retail store, further strengthening the reach of Verizon’s prepaid brand across the country.
The newly opened store is located in Forest Park, Georgia, and marks another step in Victra’s aggressive retail expansion strategy. With this addition, Total Wireless stores operated by Victra are now present in nearly 30 states, making it one of the largest physical prepaid wireless footprints in the U.S.
Victra is Verizon’s largest exclusive authorized retailer and also serves as the master agent for Total Wireless, a Verizon-owned prepaid carrier. Through these stores, customers get access to Verizon’s nationwide 5G and LTE network without the need for long-term contracts, which continues to be a strong selling point as more users move away from traditional postpaid plans.

Total Wireless focuses on value-driven offerings, with plans that typically include unlimited talk, text, and data, support for 5G Ultra Wideband in supported areas, mobile hotspot options, and international calling features. Some plans also bundle entertainment perks, positioning Total Wireless as a competitive option against other prepaid carriers like Metro and Cricket.
According to Victra, the 300-store milestone reflects growing consumer demand for affordable, flexible wireless plans backed by a premium network. The company credits its growth to a customer-first retail approach and close collaboration with Verizon as it continues to scale Total Wireless nationwide.
Beyond direct retail expansion, Victra also supports independent business owners through its Total Wireless Exclusive Retailer program, allowing entrepreneurs to operate branded stores with corporate backing, inventory support, and marketing resources.
With prepaid wireless continuing to gain momentum in the U.S., Victra’s expanding Total Wireless presence signals Verizon’s broader push to capture more value-conscious customers without sacrificing network quality.
