Samsung Galaxy S26 Series Tipped For Feb Reveal

Samsung’s next flagship smartphones, the Galaxy S26 series, are tipped to be officially unveiled in February, according to recent industry reports. If accurate, this would mark a slight shift from Samsung’s more recent January launch window while still keeping the Galaxy S lineup at the forefront of the early-year flagship cycle.

The Galaxy S26 family is expected to include the usual trio: Galaxy S26, Galaxy S26+, and Galaxy S26 Ultra. While Samsung has not confirmed exact dates, multiple sources suggest the announcement could take place in the second half of February, with retail availability following in late February or early March, depending on the market.

Under the hood, the Galaxy S26 series is rumored to adopt a dual-chip strategy. Select regions may receive models powered by Samsung’s upcoming Exynos 2600, reportedly built on an advanced 2nm process, while others could ship with Qualcomm’s next-generation Snapdragon 8 Elite chip customized for Galaxy devices. This approach would continue Samsung’s long-standing regional processor split.

Software will be another major focus. The Galaxy S26 lineup is expected to debut with One UI 8.5 based on Android 16, bringing deeper Galaxy AI integration, improved on-device processing, and tighter ecosystem features across phones, tablets, and PCs. Some of these AI-driven features may initially remain exclusive to the S26 series before rolling out to older flagships.
