New details have surfaced confirming pre-order and retail dates for Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy S26 series ahead of its global launch. According to leaked timelines that align with earlier Unpacked rumors, pre-orders for the Galaxy S26, S26+ and S26 Ultra are set to begin on February 26, immediately following Samsung’s Unpacked launch event. Retail sales will then open on March 11, giving buyers a clear window to reserve units before they hit stores.
This schedule continues Samsung’s recent approach of separating announcement and availability by a couple of weeks a strategy that builds anticipation while ensuring supply chains and carrier partners are ready for launch. The February 26 pre-order window gives customers a chance to secure special launch offers, early-bird bundles, and potential carrier incentives ahead of the broader March 11 on-sale date.

Although Samsung has yet to officially confirm pricing, leaks and retailer listings suggest the series will maintain a three-model lineup the standard Galaxy S26, the larger Galaxy S26+, and the flagship Galaxy S26 Ultra with no “Edge” or “Pro” variants in tow this year. Features across the range are expected to include upgraded cameras, faster charging, and Samsung’s continued focus on AI-driven software enhancements.
