Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy A57 and Galaxy A77 have leaked, revealing several upgrades for Samsung’s 2025 mid-range lineup. The Galaxy A57 is expected to feature a 6.5–6.6″ FHD+ 120Hz AMOLED display, a refined aluminum frame, and a new Exynos 1480+/1580 chipset with 6/8GB RAM and 128/256GB storage. The camera setup should keep the 50MP main, 12MP ultrawide, and 5MP macro, but with improved OIS and low-light performance powered by enhanced Galaxy AI. It carries a 5000mAh battery with 25W charging.
The Galaxy A77 brings more premium hardware, including a 6.7″ AMOLED display with slimmer bezels, and leaks suggest Samsung may introduce LTPO 120Hz for the first time in the A7x series. It will launch with either the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 or Exynos 1580 depending on region, paired with 8/12GB RAM and up to 256GB storage. Camera upgrades include a 50MP main sensor with better optics and the possible return of an 8MP telephoto lens. The battery stays at 5000mAh, with charging potentially increasing to 45W.
Both phones are expected to ship with Android 16, One UI 8, and expanded Galaxy AI features. A launch is likely around March–April 2025, with pricing expected around $349–$399 for the A57 and $449–$549 for the A77.
