Samsung has launched the Galaxy A07 5G in India, expanding its affordable 5G lineup with a focus on a large display, long battery life, and extended software support. The phone is now available both online and through offline retail stores across the country.
The Galaxy A07 5G features a 6.7-inch HD+ PLS LCD with a 120Hz refresh rate and up to 800 nits peak brightness, offering smooth scrolling and decent outdoor visibility for a budget device. The design includes a flat frame, a textured rear panel, and an IP54 rating for dust and splash resistance.
Powering the phone is the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset, paired with 4GB or 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage, which can be expanded via a microSD card. The device runs Android 16 with One UI 8.0 and stands out with Samsung’s promise of six years of Android updates and security patches, a rare commitment in this price segment.

On the camera side, the Galaxy A07 5G packs a 50MP primary rear camera alongside a 2MP depth sensor, while selfies and video calls are handled by an 8MP front camera. A 6,000mAh battery keeps the phone running, with support for 25W wired charging.
Connectivity options include 5G, dual SIM support, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.3, a USB-C port, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. Samsung Knox security features are also on board.
In India, the Galaxy A07 5G is priced at ₹15,999 for the 4GB RAM variant and ₹17,999 for the 6GB RAM model, with launch offers bringing the effective starting price down to around ₹14,999. The phone is available in multiple color options, including Black, Light Green, and Light Violet.
