OnePlus’s next Nord-series smartphone, the OnePlus Nord 6, is shaping up as a major upgrade, with fresh leaks now shedding light on its launch timeline and key specs. The device was recently spotted on Geekbench, confirming its chipset, and is widely believed to be a rebranded version of the OnePlus Turbo 6.
According to tipster Yogesh Brar, the Nord 6 launch has been pushed to April, after earlier rumors suggested an early March debut. For reference, its predecessor, the Nord 5, was unveiled in July 2025, making this a notably earlier launch cycle for the lineup.
The Geekbench listing reveals that the OnePlus Nord 6 will be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipset, paired with 12GB of RAM. The phone has also received certifications in Malaysia and the UAE, indicating that a global launch is on the cards.
If the Nord 6 is indeed a rebranded OnePlus Turbo 6, it will bring some eye-catching hardware. Expected highlights include a massive 9,000mAh battery, a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a 165Hz refresh rate, and a dual rear camera setup led by a 50MP main sensor. On the front, the device is tipped to feature a 16MP selfie camera.
