AT&T has officially announced two new kid-focused devices, the amiGO Jr. Phone and amiGO Jr. Watch 2 designed specifically for children 12 years old and under. The new products aim to offer safe connectivity while giving parents full control over usage and location tracking.

The amiGO Jr. Phone is AT&T’s first smartphone built from the ground up for kids. It runs Android 16 and works alongside the AT&T amiGO companion app, allowing parents to manage contacts, set screen-time limits, enable School Mode, create Safe Zones, and track their child’s real-time location. Only approved contacts can call or message the device, helping reduce unwanted communication.

Hardware-wise, the amiGO Jr. Phone features a 6.7-inch Full HD+ display, an Exynos 1330 chipset, 4GB RAM, and 128GB of expandable storage. It includes a 50MP main camera, additional secondary sensors, a 13MP selfie camera, a 5,000mAh battery, 5G connectivity, and IP54-rated dust and splash resistance.

Alongside the phone, AT&T also unveiled the amiGO Jr. Watch 2, aimed at younger kids or those not ready for a smartphone. The smartwatch supports 4G LTE, GPS tracking, Safe Zones, messaging, and calling to approved contacts, while also offering improved durability and water resistance.

Both devices are available now in the US through AT&T. Pricing starts at $209.99, or $2.99 per month for 36 months with an eligible AT&T service plan.
