The Xiaomi Tag has appeared on Xiaomi’s official website for France ahead of its formal announcement, revealing its European pricing. The accessory is listed at €17.99, while a four-pack costs €59.99. Interestingly, several other European retailers have also put up early listings, with some pricing the tracker at under €15, undercutting Xiaomi’s recommended retail price even before launch.
The surfaced listing suggests that this particular model does not include UWB (Ultra-Wideband) support, despite earlier rumors pointing to the feature. This aligns with reports that Xiaomi is planning to release two versions of the Tag, a more affordable standard model without UWB, and a higher-priced variant with UWB for more precise location tracking.

In terms of ecosystem integration, the Xiaomi Tag is expected to work with Google’s Find Hub (formerly Find My Device network), similar to how Apple’s AirTag operates within Apple’s Find My network. This would allow users to locate lost items using Android devices connected to Google’s crowdsourced tracking network.
Powering the tracker is a CR2032 coin-cell battery, which Xiaomi claims should last around one year before needing replacement, a common setup in this category.
