Apple has introduced a new limited-edition Adaptive Grip & Stand, a MagSafe accessory designed in collaboration with LA artist Bailey Hikawa. The unique grip aims to make iPhones easier to hold for users with reduced hand strength or dexterity challenges, marking one of Apple’s rare hardware products focused specifically on accessibility.
The silicone accessory attaches magnetically to any MagSafe-enabled iPhone (12 or newer) and offers a secure, ergonomic hold. Its sculpted shape helps users maintain grip without applying strong pressure, and it doubles as a stand that supports both portrait and landscape viewing angles.
The Adaptive Grip & Stand comes in two Apple-exclusive colors Chartreuse and Crater with additional artistic versions available through Hikawa’s website. As with other MagSafe accessories, it snaps on and off easily and works with MagSafe-compatible cases.
Priced at $69.95, the accessory is available in limited quantities on Apple’s online store. With its bold design and inclusive functionality, the Adaptive Grip & Stand expands Apple’s push into accessibility-minded hardware, offering a helpful option for users who need a more stable and comfortable way to handle their iPhone.
