Poco has confirmed the key chipset details for its upcoming Poco F8 Ultra and Poco F8 Pro, ahead of their global launch on November 26.
According to the brand, the Poco F8 Ultra will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, making it the more powerful device in the lineup. Poco also revealed that the Ultra will include a dedicated VisionBoost D8 chip, designed to enhance details and improve AI Super Resolution during photo and video processing.
The Poco F8 Pro will feature the Snapdragon 8 Elite, offering flagship-level power but without the Gen 5 upgrade.
Poco also recently showed the design of both phones, which closely resembles the look of the Redmi K90 and K90 Pro Max. The Ultra brings one standout hardware feature: a 2.1 speaker system with a separate rear woofer, tuned by Bose, which should offer fuller and louder sound than typical smartphone speakers.
More details, including full specs and pricing, are expected at the official launch event later this month.
